This would have to be another of my favourite buildings in Hobart....Wrest Point Casino. Actually the tall round part of the building is the hotel and the casino and restaurants are in the building to the side. Although I do like the restaurants there (I'm not at all into the casino) I think I've grown to love the building because it serves as such a landmark for the suburb where we currently live, work and play. Especially in the first couple of weeks of living here when I didn't totally know the roads and where I was going, if I could see this building on the horizon then I knew that I was headed in the right direction.
